Ripe’s 5.1 edit suite is located in the Historic Town of Petaluma, CA. This intimate studio suite is based around a powerful 5.1 Pro Tools edit and mix engine, set up for the full-blown “bucket full of bells and whistles” post production treatment of Music and Sound design that any high-end project deserves. Ripe’s second edit suite is located in the famous Saul Zaentz Media Center (SZMC) in the trend setting city of Berkeley, where Amadeus, One flew over the Cuckoos nest and so many more Academy award winning films were posted and mixed. This is a Stereo edit suite based around the Pro Tools edit engine enabling both of Ripe’s studios to be seamlessly compatible with one another.
The SZMC has record and mix facilities for Feature Films or Music, Voice Overs or Foley.

Ripe and Andy Newell also operate in association with the state of the art facility at RED in San Francisco when doing post on feature films. RED’s Pro Tools/ICON mix and record facilities are among the top 7 in the country in terms of Editing, recording and mixing power.

Ripe's main studio is located in Petaluma California and utilizes a 5.1 Pro Tools Sound System. It is equipped with fully digital console and has all the bells and whistles (plug ins and stand alone sound design programs such as metasynth, Digital performer and Ray gun Pro) that are necessary to perform sound design and music composition for any commercial or film.
